Why does the sun shine? I feel it. I see it. Most days I don’t care, I just walk to my car and get in, but once in a while, I stop 🛑 and look👆️ . . . how—how are you doing that?

It’s not plugged in, no giant Tesla battery pack. Hmm. Near as I can tell, from what’s scientifically measurable, it’s because » it faces, it embraces conflict over and over again.

Consistent conflict.

It’s not actually a cute warm fuzzy glowing ball. It’s messy. It’s uncertain. It’s explosive. It’s volatile. And that is . . . the source of life.

If we zoom in on a molecular level, the sun shines because deep within its core, hydrogen atoms are colliding and fusing into helium through a process called nuclear fusion.

When two protons collide just right, they can merge — releasing energy in the form of photons (light) and gamma rays.

So Friend . . . what might happen if we 🛑 stopped trying to avoid conflict and instead incessantly sought it out » engaged with collision?

Stars don’t shine forever do they?

In fact Betelgeuse, one of our nearest stars is in a death phase. Maybe already bit it 😵 

We’re just waiting for the light travel. It might reach us in a few decades.

🤯 It’s death explosion will be brighter than the full moon and visible even during the day! Estimated flash explosion of 10 seconds, followed by months if not years of celestial afterglow.
