Once upon a time stories are tricky
Because the story isn’t the trap — forgetting you’re the narrator is.

Heart
Friend, a quick thank you 💫
Hundreds of new subscribers joined InspoLetter this week, and several new members stepped into Invisible World!
Feeling our space warm up together feels like friends gathering around a campfire 🔥
If you’re an old‑timer, take your usual chair.
And if you’re new, then know you’re stepping into a living practice—not just a newsletter.
By now, with all the InspoLetters and podcasts, you know I love a story.
Especially the kind that begins with Once upon a time…
And if it ends with … they lived happily ever after, even better.
This week our practice is about storytelling, becoming a Master Narrator.
Are you?
Life is just one big story, and it doesn’t really matter what happens, but how (or if) I take the mic as the narrator. Is it possible?

Little embarrassing, but a few times when I get overwhelmed » I bail out and hit the stage floor. Eventually I get back up and tap the mic: ‘Hello? What just happened?’ 🫣
Yeah…clean up on aisle 3! Messy. Messy.
Also, I tend to get carried away in my stories, they go like this:
-Once I get out of debt, I . . .
-Once I make that hire in my business . . .
-Once I get more subscribers to InspoLetter and Invisible World then I’ll really . . .
-Once I get married . . .
-Once my 401k hits . . .
-Once I retire then . . .
-Once I lose the weight . . .
-Once I forgive myself . . .
-Once my divorce is official then . . .
100? Today was a particularly hard day for me.
My stories went dark. I got stuck in the horror genre doing backstage costume changes alternating between the protagonist and antagonist 😰
Writing this issue I thought: Hmm, many of these story plots are simply unchangeable, but what if . . . what if I take the mic and, small tweak » I retold them as:
-Even though I’m not out of debt . . .
-No matter if I make that hire . . .
-No matter if I get married . . . or if you’re feeling humorous: Even though I’m still married . . .
-Even if my 401k doesn’t hit I will . . .
-No matter when I retire I’m going to . . .
-No matter my weight I am . . .
-Even though I made a mistake . . .
-Even though I’m getting divorced, I can be . . .
-Even though my brother died, I . . .
What if we don’t need a ONCE this happens story?
What if everything, what if anything is just okay, just fine how it is right now? Is it possible?

What if being here today is right after all? Yeah. Those are the stories I’m telling Jonz today: No Matter What and Even Though 💯
Well . . . good luck on your stories today.
Tell them well. Be bold. Be epic.
Why? Because the world needs who you were meant to be! 💫
Mind 🌞
✨ Stars are twinkly and serene. Auhhhh 🫠
We wish upon the stars. We gaze at stars. We marvel. We sail and steady ourselves by the stars.
And we also forget: stars aren’t formed by cute nursery‑song magic, but by collapsing gas clouds slammed by shockwaves from supernovas.
They’re born out of high fusion conflict, pressure, and gravitational collapse.
It’s 🆗 if you are too Friend.

Stars form and grow. It takes time. They don’t shine in spite of conflict, but because of it 💯 (Damn that alone was worth the fare).
Remember we too are made from star stuff 💫
