Occasionally I wonder if I’m enough. Not if I have enough stuff (okay… honestly that too), but if I am enough. Me.

Am I giving enough to this day? To my health, my work, my relationships that wobble when I’m worn thin? Am I good enough?

And what about our Sun?

🌞 Every hour, the Sun beams down more energy than humanity uses in an entire year.

We’re brimming in abundance—yet we capture only a sliver.

We face a global energy crisis. Data centers. Devices. Industrial production. Our planet buzzes with power needs.

It’s not supply. We already have what we need.

The problem is » capture, conversion, and coordination.

And us? We’re wired for more than we allow.

You, me, the sun—we hold more potential than we oft dare convert. The world needs who you were meant to be.

According to the U.S. Department of Energy and independent energy researchers, the Earth receives about 430 quintillion joules of solar energy every hour.

That’s more than the 410 quintillion joules humanity consumes in an entire year.

A joule: The amount of energy used when a force of one newton moves an object one meter in the direction of that force.

One joule ≈ The amount of energy to lift an apple 3 feet 🍎
